Studio Sessions

• Induction and assessment session - 1 hour - £50
• One to one studio session - 1 hour - £45
  (Block of 5 - £220)
• One to one studio session - 45 minutes - £34
  (Block of 5 - £165)
• Two to one studio session - 1 hour - £27.50
  (Block of 5 - £135)

Payment by cheque, cash or BACS.

Please give notice of any dates you cannot make at the start of your block, otherwise you will be charged as usual.

Please be aware that there will be no 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds or carrying over of fees into the next block.

Matwork Classes

• Hall: Drop in - £14 (Block of 5 - £60)

Online Sessions

• One to one online session - 1 hour - £45
  (Block of 5 - £220)
• Two to one online session - 1 hour - £27.50
  (Block of 5 - £135)

Recorded Classes

• One recording - 1 hour - £12
  (Block of 5 - new recording each week - £50)

The class is one hour in duration. Available to view for 7 days at your convenience, whenever you like.
